Teletaxi San Fermín

The Teletaxi San Fermin company was founded in 1984 in order to offer a centralized taxi reservation service in Pamplona and the surrounding area. Today, this taxi service covers 99% of all taxis in the area, providing joint service to Pamplona and the surrounding area, with a fleet of 309 vehicles.

Our call centre is staffed continuously, 365 days a year, by a professional team of 14 people with vast experience in the sector, who respond to all service requests in a friendly, efficient manner. We are committed to innovation and we strive to improve our services for our partners and our customers.

Since 2005, we have used GPS technology and geolocation systems to increase the quality of our services for our passengers, reducing wait times and costs and better organizing our vehicle fleet. In 2006, we added credit card payment systems to all our vehicles. Since 2014, it has also been possible to request taxi services through the free PIDETAXI app.

We always try to meet our customers’ needs. Our fleet is made up of a wide variety of vehicles, including those adapted for wheelchair users, hybrid vehicles, luxury cars, large capacity vehicles, etc., all equipped with the latest technology and in perfect condition.
