Conditions of the Reservation
We kindly request that you read over these conditions carefully before reserving your “Pilgrim Taxi”. In compliance with the duty to provide pre-contractual information for distance contracts set forth in Art. 97 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, in its latest revision, in effect since 29 March of 2014, the consumer is informed of the conditions which will govern the reservation of the service called “Taxi Peregrino” through this website: www.taxipamplona.com.
Taxi Peregrino is a special service offered by the Teletaxi San Fermín Association (hereinafter TELETAXI SAN FERMIN), with NIF G-31143175, with address Polígono de Agustinos, Calle A, Parcela D1, 31013, Pamplona (Navarra), contact telephone numbers +34 948 232 300 or +34 948 351 335 and email [email protected], offeringservices to pilgrims on the Camino de Santiago (Way of Saint James) who arrive in Pamplona and need transport to either Saint Jean Pied de Port or Roncesvalles from where they will begin their journey along the Camino from Santiago.
We guarantee a set price (with rates posted at the Camino de Santiago link found on our website, indicated above) for any type of vehicle, up to 8 passengers, with drivers who are very familiar with these routes. Being a taxi service, there are no fixed departure times. You contract our services to suit your schedule, day or night. Our vehicle will be waiting for you upon your arrival in Pamplona (See the Collection Points posted on the aforementioned Camino de Santiago link).
When you make your reservation, you can check to see if the schedules of other pilgrims coincide with yours. Sharing a taxi means dividing the price of the service among all the users of the vehicle. In no case can we guarantee the availability of a shared taxi. It all depends on your schedule coinciding with that of other pilgrims.
Reservations can be made a maximum of 30 days in advance and a minimum of 7 days prior to the scheduled travel date. Two or three days before the date of service, complete transport details will be emailed to the contracting party.
To make a reservation, you need to provide us with your credit card information to guarantee a deposit, which will be cancelled once full payment has been made directly to the driver. You can cancel your reservation a minimum of 7 days in advance without penalty.
By formalizing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and accept the aforementioned conditions. You furthermore acknowledge that you have the legal capacity to accept these conditions on your own behalf and / or on behalf of your companions. As such, you will be responsible for making timely payment of the contracted service. You agree to notify us of any modification or cancellation of services within the periods indicated above.
Any communication concerning the service you have hired must be made via email to [email protected] or by telephoning +34 948 232 300 or +34 948 351 335, available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, indicating your reservation number. Reservation status can be checked at any time through the website by clicking on the tab at the top of the webpage and entering your email and your reservation number (which you will have already received via email).

TELETAXI SAN FERMIN shall process the information provided to us with full guarantees and in compliance with Spanish and European regulations governing the collection and subsequent use of personal data. To this end, we strictly comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons (General Data Protection Regulation), as well as with Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
In order to access the Peregrino Taxi service, you will be required to fill out a form with your personal and contact information, once having accepted the conditions and terms of use of the privacy policy. The data provided by the contracting party when completing this form will be used, with TELETAXI SAN FERMIN as party responsible, for the provision of the Peregrino taxi services. The legal basis for the handling of your data is your consent expressly manifested by your submission of the questionnaire when accepting our privacy policy. The personal data you provide us within the framework of the provision of our services, except the field CITY, are mandatory and are the minimum necessary for us to be able to process your request for services. Once given, any subsequent modifications of that data must be made known by the title holder of same to those responsible for its processing, with the goal always being to ensure the veracity and accuracy of the data provided at all times. In the event that data are provided to third-parties, the user declares to have the consent of the owners of the same for the aforementioned data communication. TELETAXI SAN FERMIN states that it has the means necessary to provide to those affected by the processing of the personal data the means by which to exercise their right of access, rectification, suppression, limitation and opposition.
